March 2012 – Bankruptcy Act Flowcharts now online
A new online feature "Bankruptcy Act Flowcharts" appears after the Introduction within the Bankruptcy Act 1966 section. The flowcharts have been easily accessible to subscribers of the looseleaf service and can now be viewed just as easily online. There are three flowcharts:
| 1. | Flowchart on Meeting of Creditors — Div 5 of Pt IV: [FLOW10.0]; |
| 2. | Flowchart showing Procedure and Documents to be given to Official Receiver – Pt X: [FLOW20.0]; and |
| 3. | Flowchart on Meeting of Creditors called in pursuance of an Authority under s 188 – Pt X: [FLOW30.0]. |
