New Editorial Board Member joins the Company & Securities Law Journal

Thomson Reuters is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Rosemary Langford to the Editorial Board of the Company & Securities Law Journal. Dr Langford will provide regular commentary for a new Directors’ Duties Section.

Dr LangfordRosemary Teele Langford teaches with the faculty of law at Monash University and also with Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne. Prior to entering academia Rosemary practised with Allens Linklaters. Rosemary has a first class honours degree in law from the University of Melbourne and a PhD from Monash University, which focused on directors’ fiduciary duties. Rosemary teaches subjects such as Corporations Law, Principles of Corporations Law, Advanced Corporations Law, Research and Writing and Obligations. Rosemary has published widely in relation to directors’ duties and first published with the C&SLJ in 1996.

We are delighted to have Dr Langford join the editorial team and are confident subscribers will benefit greatly from her contribution to the Journal.
