Westlaw AU Access Issues (RESOLVED)
Please be aware some users are experiencing issues accessing Westlaw AU at present. You may receive an error stating:
"An error has occurred. You may be accessing from outside your organisations IP Range. If you are not IP Fixed please contact Technical Support on 1800 020 548 for assistance."
The issue is not effecting all users and is limited to Westlaw AU.

We have taken steps to resolve this issue for the majority of our customers, however a small number of users continue to experience errors when accessing Westlaw AU.
We are not able to continue offering temporary access at this time, however we can apply a fix to impacted users if they contact us directly.
