Please be aware that some customers may be experiencing issues with Advanced Search Forms on Westlaw AU.

Issues include:

• "Phrase Searches" not returning results in some Advanced Search Form fields.
  • Workaround: use the hyphen operator to connect terms instead of quotation marks i.e instead of "Criminal Negligence" use Criminal-Negligence
• "Phrase Searches" combined with operators (i.e OR AND) not returning results in some Advanced Search Form fields
  • Workaround: use the hyphen operator to connect terms instead of quotation marks i.e instead of "Criminal Negligence" use Criminal-Negligence
• Citation Searches with square or rounded brackets not returning results in some Advanced Search Form fields.
  • Workaround: Remove sub sections i.e enter only 477. This may include additional records but include will be cases that cite 477(2)(c)
