This enhancement has made it possible to download, print or email documents from your folders within My Research.

Now you can save multiple documents as you research and when you are ready, deliver them all in one request.

What if my documents are saved in different folders? Not a problem, you can select specific documents from across multiple folders to deliver in one request.

Some aspects of delivery from folders worth noting are;

• “Select All” – selects or deselects all documents in the current folder.
• User can select multiple documents from across multiple folders by ticking the applicable selection box and then changing folders before selecting additional documents. The previous selections will not be lost.
• “Clear All Selections From All Folders” – clears all selections from all folders.
