Since launching in Q4 last year, Workplace Complaints Tracker has expanded its scope.

The Tracker now includes decisions of the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission dating back to 2014, as well as Federal Circuit Court of Australia decisions dating from 2017. In addition to maintaining weekly currency on new decisions from the Commission and the Federal Circuit Court, our team of writers is continuing to add Federal Circuit Court decisions from earlier years.

With the addition of cases from the Federal Circuit Court, users can now build a picture of likely outcomes in general protections claims, including awards of damages and penalty orders, as well as appeals from the Commission. 

Workplace Complaints Tracker enables researchers to match outcomes – jurisdictional objections, overall outcome, costs and remedies – to a particular factual scenario in a wider range of disputes – unfair dismissal, bullying orders, adverse action and other generation protections claims.
