Thomson Reuters is in the process of updating its case law metadata to enable easier searching for Full Court decisions in a number of jurisdictions. We commenced this process on the Westlaw production platform late last week. Unfortunately, the process has taken longer than anticipated and has had an impact on the availability of some full-text law reports in the authorised Federal Court Reports series.

Thomson Reuters operational and technology team members are working urgently to resolve this issue as a critical priority.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unable to locate a particular FCR full-text report and we will send this to you via email as a high priority. Please contact us via any of the below methods:
