Westlaw AU Issue (Resolved) - Missing Cases
Please be aware we are experiencing an issue affecting a subset of full-text cases on Westlaw AU.
Users might find that a particular full-text case is missing, or that they can't access/expand a particular volume in the law reports content.
If this occurs, you can either locate the case/s on Legal Online or contact our Customer Support Team on 1800 020 548 or WestlawAU@thomsonreuters.com and they will send you a copy of the case.
We have identified the cause of this issue and are repopulating the missing cases at present, we expect all cases to be back up on the site and available by tomorrow.
