Australasian Dispute Resolution Journal: Thematic Issue

The February 2011 issue of the Australasian Dispute Resolution Journal (Vol 22 Pt 1) is a thematic issue reporting on research from the 4th National Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Council (NADRAC) Research Forum.

The aim of the NADRAC Forums is to bring together alternative dispute resolution (ADR) researchers and policy-makers to try to address ADR challenges.

This Part showcases some of the research efforts that have been undertaken in the ADR space including issues relating to mediator impartiality and relational party self-determination, the use of technology to facilitate the resolution of disputes, mediator techniques, culturally reflexive mediation practices, issues around the teaching of ADR and the benefits of ADR courses for students.

The table of contents for this issue which contains full abstracts for each of the articles can be accessed here: ADRJ Table of Contents Vol 22 Pt 1.
