On 1 July 2016, the Office of State Revenue (OSR) will no longer assess at the counter or through the mail conveyancing documents processed on Electronic Duties Returns (EDR). Documents received after 1 July will be returned by the OSR and will not be assessed. Practitioners may be able to register for EDR or engage the services of an authorised EDR Agent or approved settlement rooms.
