Criminal Procedure chapter added to Criminal Law Investigation and Procedure Victoria
The service has been restructured to ensure it keeps up to date with the major changes in procedure and evidence that have occurred.
A new chapter “Criminal Procedure” has been added containing Criminal Procedure Act 2009, Criminals Procedure Regulations 2009 and Magistrates’ Court Criminal Procedure Rules 2009.
The Evidence Act 2008 and Evidence Regulations 2009 have been published in the Evidence chapter.
