FWA Vice President Graeme Watson consulting on Industrial Reports

FWA Vice President Graeme Watson is a Consultant to the Reports, ensuring the most important new decisions are reported, and presiding FWA Members review the headnotes of every case reported in the Industrial Reports to ensure accuracy.

The Industrial Reports are now the authorised reports of Fair Work Australia (FWA), with the first FWA decision reported in September 2009.

The Industrial Reports will continue as the authorised reports of Fair Work Australia's predecessor - the Australian Industrial Relations Commission - until transitional arrangements expire on 1 January 2010. Fair Work Australia will then be the sole tribunal under the new federal workplace relations regime.

As well as reporting significant federal tribunal decisions, the Industrial Reports will continue to report important decision of the High Court, Federal Court, State and Territory Supreme Courts, and Federal and State Industrial Courts and Tribunals.

The Industrial Reports online include an archive from Volume 60 (1996) to date.
