Gene Turner will be joining the Section Editor team for the New Zealand Section.

Gene is a Partner at Buddle Findlay Lawyers in New Zealand. His practice includes corporate and commercial and banking and finance advice, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, corporate structuring, procurement and outsourcing, among other things.

Having worked in both private practice and in-house, he brings a wealth of banking and finance experience with him to the Journal.
