Help with Legal Precedents

Kepping your legal documentation up to date can be a time consuming process. With the law changing so frequently what was good legal documentation yesterday can be dangerousely out of date tomorrow.

Take the effort of insuring your precedents are up to date by using the Australian Commercial Precedents series.

This new precedents service offers individually available online modules focussing on key areas of commercial law, and will enable practitioners to create initial drafts for simple through to highly complex transactions in a single sitting.

Each Australian Commercial Precedents module is easy-to-use, versatile and written in plain English. Using downloadable templated Microsoft Word ® documents, practitioners can draft client-friendly, professional agreements quickly, increasing productivity and positively impacting the bottom line.

Optional clauses and drafting notes provide expert guidance, stepping practitioners through the precedent clause-by-clause, and outlining the circumstances in which clauses should be used.

Each downloadable Microsoft Word ® template automatically formats itself as it is edited so that the time and cost previously involved in producing well-drafted agreements is now significantly reduced.

Four modules are now available:
• ACP: Business Sale Precedents
• ACP: Share Sale Precedents
• ACP: Employment Precedents
• ACP: Insolvency Precedents

Modules releasing during 2010 include Finance & Securities, and Trusts, with many more in development.
