Research Tips added to National Workplace Relations

To help subscribers with comparative research between the Fair Work Act 2009 and the now-repealed Workplace Relations Act 1996 some research tips have been added to the scope document. These tips will help when trying to find out whether a provision in either of these Acts has an equivalent provision in the other one (eg does a section of the Fair Work Act exist in the former Workplace Relations Act).

There are four examples covering:

  • Searching for a specific section
  • Browsing to a specific section
  • Searching for a comparative section in the Fair Work Act or Workplace Relations Act

To locate these examples simply go to Commentaries and browse to the National Workplace Relations service in the left hand TOC, then click on the scope icon.
