ASIC Digest
ASIC Digest can be found under ‘Government and Regulatory Materials.’  The full text of Market Integrity Rules (Capital) 2021 is now available. Prior to 2021, these were last modified in 2017. ASX 24, FEX and their participants must comply with a common set of rules for futures markets.
 

ASIC Instruments now online up to April 2021
Following a six month pause, the in-demand ASIC Instruments tables have been updated. Categorised into:

• Accounts and company management
• Credit
• Takeovers and reorganisations
• Fundraising 
• Financial services and markets
• Funds management
• Demutualisation

These modify or give exemptions from the Corporations Act 2001 or other Acts administered by ASIC giving a summary of each Instrument issued, and link directly to the relevant ASIC Gazette.

Since early 2021, the week-by-week listing of ‘New and updated regulatory documents’ has been the fast way to keep up with ASIC regulation and compliance work, replacing the monthly Summaries. 

ASIC’s Media Releases are also continually updated in the ASIC Digest bringing vital information to the business and legal world.
