The Local Government and Environmental Reports of Australia is the specialist law reports series that publishes cases concerning local government, planning matters, environmental control, valuation of land, compensation and the powers and duties of statutory authorities. The jurisdictions covered include the High Court, Federal Court, Supreme Courts of the States and Territories and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. It is also the authorised reports of the NSW Land and Environment Court.
