[1951] to [1971] South Australian State Reports now available on Westlaw AU and New Westlaw

Thomson Reuters is pleased to announce that the [1951] to [1971] volumes of the South Australian State Reports are now available on our Westlaw AU and New Westlaw legal research platforms. The inclusion of these additional 21 volumes gives South Australian State Reports subscribers access to the full text of an additional 1,074 South Australian judgments, including authoritative headnotes and pdf versions of the reports.

The South Australian State Reports are the authorised law reports for the Supreme Court of South Australia. They contain the definitive version of key decisions of the court, with headnotes drafted by experienced practitioners and approved by the court.

Did you know?

The Napier Mountains in the Australian Antarctic Territory are named after Sir Thomas John Mellis Napier. Sir Mellis was Chief Justice of South Australia from 1942-1967, which covers nearly the entire period covered by the recently added volumes of the South Australian State Reports.
