Local Government & Planning Noticeboard June 2021- Environmental and Planning Law Journal Update
Given the recent decision in the federal court of Australia which found the environment minister, Sussan Ley has a duty of care to protect young people from the climate crisis the latest issue of the Environmental and Planning Law Journal (EPLJ Vol 38 Part 2) is timely.
