Heavy Vehicle National Amendment Regulation 2017

Commencement: 1 July 2017

This Regulation amends four Heavy Vehicle National Regulations, namely, those dealing with:

  • Fatigue management;
  • General matters;
  • Mass, dimension and loading; and
  • Vehicle standards.

In their nature, these regulations deal with matters of technical detail in relation to the design, construction and operation of heavy vehicles.
