Journals Talk site experiencing intermittent issues.

We are currently experiencing an outage with Westlaw and Practical applications.

A number of users experienced issues accessing Westlaw today between 2pm and 3pm AEST. We have identified and resolved this issue and are working to put in measure to ensure it does not occur going forward. We apologise for the inconvenience to those effected.
